Point B Consulting & Advisory is one of the change management pioneers in Germany.
Founded in 1998, over the past 22 years we have successfully supported a large number of companies – including well-known international corporations and hidden champions from medium-sized businesses – in various change projects.
Our mission is to support companies with tailor-made solutions to accelerate the implementation of necessary behavioral changes among managers and employees in order to ensure the successful implementation of their strategy – from digital transformation and post-merger integration to the restructuring of the entire company or individual divisions.
Two years ago, we became part of the European Methodos Group to further strengthen ourselves with a view to fulfilling our mission and ensuring the success of our clients.
Now we are taking the next logical step and completing the integration into the Methodos Group: Point B Consulting & Advisory becomes Methodos Germany!
